Refund and Returns Policy

At DashCam Karma, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy provides clarity and guidance on the process. Please note that this policy is in accordance with industry standards and may be subject to change.

Returns Eligibility:

Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept products that are contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There may be processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@dashcamkarma.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@dashcamkarma.com for further instruction.

Gifts:

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, please email us at support@dashcamkarma.com. You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
